Are you hunting the right things?

A lion is perfectly capable of catching a mouse. However, the amount of energy it takes to catch one, is more than the lion gets from eating one. If a lion hunts mice, he’ll starve.

You have a talented group of people working with you. Your team can all get a lot of things done. Just because your team can do it, should they? If they focus on the items with smaller benefits, they'll starve.
