Building muscle

1/20/2020

Being a skinny guy, I always wanted to gain muscle mass. It’s been tough.

If you ask athletes and bodybuilders what’s the best way to train, you’ll get a variety of answers.

But they all agree that you have to change your approach and cycle through different routines to get maximum growth.

That might mean lifting extremely heavyweights. Weights so heave you can only lift them 2 or 3 times before you’re exhausted. After a month of this type of training, you might switch to lifting lighter weights, 12 times, before you’ve reached exhaustion.

Variety is critical.

But what about our brain? Our most important muscle?

Most people are used to thinking in a certain way. Approach a problem in a specific way.

But what might they gain if they switched their approach from time to time?

How much added mental muscle could they grow?

What could you do, today, to stimulate new growth?

Thanks for caring,

With excitement,

Anwell Tsai
