Dealing with hard people
If you had a tough project at work and had to choose between someone that’s easy to work with and someone who’s hard, the choice is easy.
What about if the nice person is slightly less talented? Quite a bit less talented? Where do you draw the line?
We all spend significant time learning and trying to be more productive. With a fraction of the time, we could treat people how they want to be treated and get more done.
