Diamonds and pebbles.
Most of us would love to get all A’s. To do our best in all of our projects. The problem is, we have limited resources. We have limited time and limited attention. We may be spending time polishing up items that aren’t as critical as other projects.
Confucius once said, “better a diamond with a flaw than a pebble without.”
How do we make sure we’re focused on the things that matter? What might we work on that will make everything else inconsequential down the road?
Thanks for caring,
