When’s the last time you really felt frustrated?
If you had to do it over again, what would you change?
Frustration happens when expectations are not met. So you could lower your expectations. You won’t get hurt in the short run, but what happens in the long run?
You could keep things as is, and consistently run up against the same frustration over and over again.
There has to be a better way.
What would happen if you took a step back and tried to see things as they really are? Keep expectations high but realistic? Do the hard work of giving people encouragement and practical stepping stones to get them where you’d like them to go?
Frustration is hard. Making change even harder. But worth it.
Thanks for caring,
