How many roles do you play?
Parents, children, relatives, friends, neighbors, coworkers, mentors, teachers, caretakers, and the list goes on.
The pandemic has shrunk our social circles. As a result, people who fill these roles in our lives are not as available. As a result, we end up fulfilling more functions than before.
This is draining. How do you check in with yourself to ensure you don’t take on too much? How might you know if you’re asking others to do too much?
Thanks for caring!
