Getting heard

It’s hard to speak up. To stand out. Especially in meetings dominated by others. 

Many people struggle with raising their hands and voicing their opinions.

They are often told to speak up. To be more emphatic. To sound strong.

But what about everyone else? What would happen if everyone as a group, encouraged each other?

If everyone made sure all voices were heard. That only the best ideas, not the loudest, dominate?
