How have you been feeling lately?

When we’re in survival mode, we focus on action items. However, once things calm down, it’s helpful to ask yourself and others, “how have you been feeling lately?”

Feeling fine doesn’t say much. Noticing anxiety, stress, physical tension, frustration, or feeling loss is healthy. Taking a few minutes to check-in decreases uncomfortable sensations.
