There are more pianists, violinists, and guitar players globally than at any time in history. 

There are more ways to listen to music than ever before.

Instruments, instruction, and recording technology  have never been more affordable. 

The old way of making and selling recordings, gaining publicity, and connecting with fans is dying.

It’s easy to confuse the two. 

The same might be said about how we communicate.
