Lead like a conductor
The conductor is the only musician who doesn’t make a sound in an orchestra.
Conductors have two choices. One, they can demand that everyone follows their singular musical vision. This degree of control ensures the musicians are playing exactly together all the time.
Or, conductors can invite musicians to share in creating a cohesive musical vision. Then, they’ll give musicians the freedom to create and step in to keep the ensemble together when needed.
Which conductor would you like to play for? Which type of leader would you like to be?
Thanks for caring!
