Plans are useless

We’re all trying to move fast. Cross things off our to-do list. Get our email inbox to zero. If we spend all our time doing, we can end up facing the same problems over and over again. Sometimes, to go faster, we have to go slower.

Of course, any plan we make, will have flows. By spending the time to create a plan, we can uncover hidden obstacles in our path. Then make adjustments when new surprises hit us.
