Proven false

1/19/2022

Smoking is good for you.

Tilting your head back will stop a nosebleed.

You'll get cancer if you stand too close to the microwave.

It’s hard to let go of ideas from the past as science and data change. But it’s harder to deal with the consequences of clinging to disproven ideas.

How might we practice being flexible so we can adapt to new information?

Thanks for caring!

With gratitude,

Anwell
