Running a marathon

3/17/2020

We can all agree running a marathon is hard.

Good runners have a specific goal, like trying to finish in under 4 hours.  Very good runners break down the race into smaller sections. This helps them to course-correct quickly.

Great runners don’t focus on just the scoreboard.  They focus on what actually gets them there, like form, cadence, and stride frequency.

When you run your meetings, what guideposts do you focus on?

Thanks for caring!

With gratitude,
