If you’re like me, you’ve cycled through periods where you work out routinely, and then avoid going to the gym.

Once you stop, you start losing strength and fitness.

Fortunately, you can recover both fairly quickly. 

The same goes for creative thinking.  There are times where you’re forced to focus on activities or situations where your creative light dims.

But you can always spark the flame again.
