The Michael Jordan of talking

2/14/2020

We can all agree that Michael Jordan is one of the greatest players in NBA history. Even though Jordan could score whenever he wanted, his team only started winning when he took his time to get everyone else involved.

Some players needed more support to build momentum. Once the whole team got going, he would take over and the game over.

During your meetings, a few people likely dominate the conversation. They are very comfortable driving the conversations and pushing their ideas.

What would happen if they were encouraged to get everyone else involved? Give them much needed support to build momentum? And after the whole team is humming along, contribute their own ideas?

Thanks for caring!

With gratitude,

Anwell Tsai
