The secret to getting fit
There’s no secret to getting fit. Eat healthy, nutrient-dense foods. Be physically active.
The problem is, this is hard to do. There are so many delicious distractions. From bubble tea to chips to popcorn chicken, there’s no shortage of mouth-watering food filled with empty calories.
It’s hard to be physically active with your iPhone or iPad chirping for your attention.
The same goes for the work that we do. It’s easy to do the fun parts to get credit and praise. However, what about the hard parts? What would happen if we leaped first and enthusiastically tackled the most challenging areas?
