Top 10 lists are everywhere. People love them. However, the question to ask is who are the top restaurants for? If you’re looking for Chinese food, is the list for people from China or people who haven’t been brought up with Chinese food?

Are the top colleges for people who are willing and able to pay for prestige?

What happens if we change the word “best” to “the most famous?” Which is more objective?
