Play is defined as doing something purely because it’s fun.
Not because it’s good for you. Not because you’ll learn valuable life lessons. Not because you’ll grow.
Kids are terrific at being playful. They can’t help themselves.
But what about adults? Which adults in your group are extremely playful?
The great news is that all of us were kids before and experts at being playful. Before learning how to optimize things. Before focusing on being efficient. Before establishing routines.
How will you rediscover your playfulness? What might you gain?
Thanks for caring!
