When to go to the ER
If we feel a little tired, we get some rest. If we have a fever, sore throat, and loss of taste, we call the doctor and quarantine ourselves. If we feel pressure and pain in our chest, lightheadedness, and vomit, we head to the ER.
Understanding how to read symptoms and get the appropriate help from professionals is crucial.
The same is true for the work we do. When issues arise, how do your direct reports know when to send you an email, call, or set up an emergency meeting?
Thanks for caring!
